What will the apprentice be doing?
- To undertake duties in accordance with our practices and procedures,ensuring you activley uphold and promote our philosophies.
- To work under the direction of the class Teacher ensuring progress is clearly recorded in the relevant systems.
- Under the guidance of the Teacher,supervise activities and assist with general support of the pupils in the academy .
- Under the guidance of the Teacher provide one to one support to pupils or working with small groups of pupils on pre-planned activities.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- The qualification being undertaken will be Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship, all training will take place on site in the workplace.
