What will the apprentice be doing?

Key Areas of Responsibility

Processing the enquiries for both renewals (in the case of key vendors) and new business (in the case of all vendors).
Initial credit assessment and tiering against the set criteria in the case of key vendors.
Providing quotations to customers / pricing to vendor sales based on the credit tier in the case of key vendor accounts.
Submitting credit proposals to funders.
Raise finance agreements and auxiliary documentation for customer signature.
Follow up with customers if the return of documentation is overdue.
Assist with customers, vendors or funder issues as required.
Aiding in the Payout Team as and when required.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

In-house training regarding our products, services and how they can assist our customers will be provided during the first 3 months of the position.

A level 3 apprenticeship course will be delivered simultaneously to this by our external provider, Mercuri. This course is made up of modules which cover all aspects of the role, and it is delivered via a mixture of online and face to face teaching over an 12-18-month period.
