What will the apprentice be doing?

Logging of support calls using the ZEISS helpdesk system
Provide first and second line technical support to colleagues (local and remote) 
Installing Software
Liaison with internal and external support organisations
Support the Senior Support Analyst with IT infrastructure

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once you have passed the level 3 qualification you have the option to complete a Level 4 apprenticeship.
