What will the apprentice be doing?
Throughout your apprenticeship you’ll be fully trained on how to resolve any customer queries and issues through various channels of communication.
The main duties of the role will include:
Answering calls
Responding to emails
Monitoring processes that can improve the customer experience
Keeping customers updated
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
We are looking for bright, friendly and attentive people who are truly customer focussed to join our busy Customer Service Team. You’ll be working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, delivered through monthly workshops, theatre based learning and masterclasses. On-going skills coach will be provided.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There will be an opportunity to progress onto a permanent contract.
