What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Part time study at college subsequent years of the apprenticeship to achieve up to Technical Certificate Level 3 and NVQ Level 3.
  • Combining knowledge and understanding the principles of Compressors and Maintenance, Frontline Fault finding, pipework and pneumatics.
  • Regular time for self-reflection and review, and one to ones with your manager will be in place
  • You will also be able to access, and utilise, our comprehensive associate training programs in house.
  • Working as part of the Maintenance Team ensuring all equipment is operating correctly
  • Conducting risk assessments on all jobs before undertaking any work/tasks
  • Ensuring that all logs and job sheets are filled in as required
  • Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, whilst complying with the Company’s Health and Safety requirements to ensure the safety of yourself and others
  • Ensuring that the working area is clean and tidy on completion of any job/task
  • Installing and maintaining new and existing equipment, whilst ensuring production is not interrupted
  • Assisting in any other duties when required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
