What will the apprentice be doing?

A normal day would include:

 

• Supporting children in their daily routines – nappy changing, mealtimes, play
• Supporting children in their learning and development
• Planning stimulating activities for children as part of their next steps
• Observation and assessments
• Promote positive behaviour
• Working as part of an outstanding team
• Maintaining an outstanding environment
• Be aware of Safeguarding

About the employer

Bright Futures is a private day nursery that provides the very best of care and education, both full and part-time, for children aged between three months and five years. Additionally we provide before and after school care for four to eleven year olds, along with school holiday activity club. The nursery is situated in the grounds of Buckton Vale Primary School on Swallow Lane, Carrbrook, on the outskirts of Stalybridge. It is easily accessible from Stalybridge, Mossley, Saddleworth and Ashton-under-Lyne.
