What will the apprentice be doing?

This is a varied role and duties will include: Being involved in the sale's process from order to delivery This will include sending customers documents, checking documents, filing and answering queries via email and phone. Update customer management system and keep up to date Scan and store approximate information Liaise with other staff members and departments Learn to offer high level of service to customers Work within Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines and following correct procedures (full ongoing training will be given)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The company will offer long term career progression on successful completion of the apprenticeship. The hourly rate will start at £6.50 per hour but will increase throughout the apprenticeship, you will have reviews every 3 Months for this increase.
