What will the apprentice be doing?
·General filing and answering calls
·Data entry, inputting orders, updating spreadsheets
·Accepting delivery of stock items
·Ensure all stock is booked in
·Following up order queries for clients ensuring outstanding orders are followed up and closed when no longer required.
Passing all paperwork over to client services for approval
·Sending out e-mails to customers advising of gift status
·Liaising with warehouse on client gift handovers
·Ensuring that all paperwork is ready for the finance team
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training will be provided to achieve the following qualifications:
· Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
· Functional Skills in maths and English (as required)
Training will take place periodically at our training centre (DL1 5AJ). Here you will learn the theory elements of the course, gaining the knowledge to complete the qualifications
The apprenticeship is subject to an End Point Assessment that will involve and interview and presentation with an independent assessor.
