The role will involve applying a high level of detail & accuracy & will appeal to anyone with an aptitude for numbers, who wishes to work in a young & vibrant environment. This is in partnership with Babington.

What will the apprentice be doing?
The Client Accounts department are responsible for handling £24 million of client funds each year; and are involved in processing payments, chasing outstanding rental payments, issuing statements of account, making client and contractor payments, posting sales invoices, and in doing so are required to liaise with all departments within Regent.
Other responsibilities will include answering calls, photocopying and filing of tax certificates, producing annual income and expenditure reports for clients, and assisting the other members of the client accounts team where necessary.
We manage over 1000 Properties and we are constantly acquiring more from our Global Client base. We also have offices in Hong Kong and China which is where a large percentage of our business comes from.
Joining a team of three, the successful applicant will be fully trained and will benefit from working in a fast-paced property agency. The successful applicant will have an excellent overview of the UK property market and a detailed understanding of the lettings industry and related legislation.
Applicants should have a high level of accuracy, organisational, and communication skills. This position will appeal to anyone with an aptitude for numbers, who wishes to work in a young & vibrant environment.
Some office work experience is desirable in order to become an integral part of the team. Working with our other departments will be vital in order to make the role a success.
The role will include the following:
- Raising Sales Invoices
- Posting Sales Invoices
- Processing payments
- Posting purchase invoices
- Posting Banking
- Issuing statements of Account to our Clients
- Answering telephone calls
- Photocopy and filing tax certificates
- Assist with annual income and expenditure reports for clients
- Assist other members of the clients team were necessary
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
AAT Level 3
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Upon completion of the scheme there will be further opportunities to progress into a more senior role & study for the AAT level 4 qualification or other qualifications such as CIMA
