What will the apprentice be doing?
Stoneacre is one of the fastest growing and most successful motor groups in the UK with its own further education training academy. We are looking to recruit a ambitious, smart, motivated individual to start their career and work in our friendly training academy. With our great development programmes this is a fantastic opportunity for a successful career with plenty of scope for progression.
The successful candidate will be proactive and adaptable. A flexible approach to work and the capacity to multi-task are essential, as is the ability to pay attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support and be involved in the recruitment and selection process of apprentices across the group.
- To update management information systems, coordinate all start, progress and completion paperwork ensuring audit and compliance is met.
- Coordinate and book all registrations and exams.
- Responsible for key administration duties, filing, internal and external audits.
- Photocopying, scanning, and document organisation, along with other general administrative and office support duties.
- To support the Technical School with administrative duties and exam invigilation.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This is an incredible opportunity for anyone wanting a career in the motor industry. At the end of the apprenticeship you will achieve a qualification in Business Administrator Level 3. This could lead to future opportunities of senior roles and further development to Management. Across the 18 months you will have block & day release training as part of the off the job training. This is at Head Office within the Academy.
