This will include the setting of proofs to process customer orders, helping customers via email and phone, resolving queries and working together to maintain high levels of customer service for our website customers.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Support the company to promote the range of personalised wedding, funeral, birthday and christening stationery, as well as greeting cards, name labels and desk stationery
- Support customers by phone and email
- Offering excellent customer service
- Working within a small team to ensure the smooth running of the business and orders
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 standard
Mentoring in workplace
Day release at Telford College
Regular assessor support
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship we would hope to offer you a full time role in our Customer Services Team.
