What will the apprentice be doing?
- First line communication point for incoming telephone, post and emails
- Using bespoke computer software
- Updating records and producing required information as requested
- Communication with clients, business partners and suppliers
- Dealing with enquiries or distributing to others
- Photocoping, scanning, filing
- Ordering supplies
- Other related activities as reasonably requested
