What will the apprentice be doing?
And Day to Day? …. You will be Responsible for:
Preparing and submitting within agreed timescales competitive quotations which provide all information necessary to meet individual customer/enquiry needs in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001:2000
Ensuring all terms and conditions on the enquiry are examined and either accepted or rejected and the customer advised accordingly
Developing good customer relations
Effective administration of all quotations ensuring the requirements on the enquiries and the payment terms are in line with the company policy
Providing support for the external sales team
Liaising with external sales and internal departments to promote the exchange of information
Correctly relate all requirements of an order to the order input administrators
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business Administrator Level 3, delivered via monthly Tutor led workshops (live, virtual 3 – 5 hour sessions) self-led study and blending learning and development activities, all, within the workplace.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
As with any apprenticeship opportunity – if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.
