In this role you will be providing general administrative support and assist with the procurement, design and delivery of training solutions as well as making sure all data is auditable and up to date.

What will the apprentice be doing?
• Work with staff members and external organisations to procure and develop training packages
• To help coordinate the programme of in-house staff development events/activities
• To disseminate information on opportunities for the training and development of staff across the Group
• Build effective working relationships with staff at all levels, to support their training and development plans
• Any other duties commensurate with the level of the post that may be required from time to time

· Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
· A bespoke programme of technical and vocational training
· Functional skills in Maths and English*if applicable
The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated work based trainer who will provide support and guidance throughout the course.
