What will the apprentice be doing?

• Supports employees and clients throughout entire life cycle of a client’s order, from the initial quoting stage through to dispatch and invoicing.

• Organise and hold Management Review Meetings.

• Assist with managing emails and phone calls daily.

• Handle internal and external enquiries.

• Maintain company’s filing system.

• Maintain stock levels, and place orders where required.

• Create and update social media profiles

· Level 3 Business Administrator Standard

· A bespoke programme of technical and vocational training

· Functional skills in Maths and English*if applicable

The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated work based trainer who will offer guidance and support throughout the course.
