What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

  • Deliver customer satisfaction
  • To maintain computer records and data
  • Checking and updating stock
  • Social media and marketing
  • Assisting the rest of the team with tasks

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

As a Level 2 (Intermediate) Business and Customer Service Apprentice you will attend Boston College at least once a month where you will receive one-to-one support from your assessor and functional skills tutors.   On completion of the apprenticeship you will achieve a Business amd Customer Service Apprenticeship, Level 2.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The employer would like someone to progress in the company and gain more responsibility. With additional training, Level 2 Apprentices may be able to progress in their careers to roles including customer relationship manager, customer service executive officer, customer service delivery co-ordinator, customer service team leader, customer service supervisors and managers, senior customer service advisers or a wide range of other customer service related roles.
