About the employer

Inspired by the saying ‘where there’s light, there’s life’, FHOSS Illuminated Safety solutions produces a range of high-performance, illuminated, life-saving safety products. Based in Weston-Super-Mare, the company began using its unique light-based technology on PPE clothing. With large companies reluctant to invest in relatively expensive PPE for their workers, FHOSS shifted its focus to vehicles and developed 5 unique systems that are vital for workers in numerous industries including construction, aggregates/quarrying and logistics industries where visibility is key. Their next-generation safety systems are designed to improve worker visibility, reduce accidents and make working environments safer, introducing a Zero-Harm culture to the industry. This concept works off the idea that every employee, contractor and visitor who enters a work site should be able to rely on an intact and safe working environment every single day.
