What will the apprentice be doing?

We are looking for an apprentice to work in our office and help with all aspects of admin. This will also involve:
• Answering calls and dealing with customers
• Account Support - Purchase Ledger, matching invoices, inputting on sage
• HR Support – Update Holidays, Absences, New starters, Training files
• Sales Support – Help with Inputting Sales orders, sorting delivery notes, paperwork for packhouse, dispatch notes
• Marketing – Assist with mail outs via Mail Chimp
• Assist with any other admin that maybe required across the business

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
