    Salary increases per year of apprenticeship – it is based on a % of our Skilled CNC machinist rate. Annual inflationary company wide pay review. Non contractual bonus based on business performance, equivalent to around 1 to 2 weeks pay.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Spending time undertaking tasks in our CNC Machine shop.
  • Undertaking assembly tasks in our Assembly department.
  • Working with our Manufacturing Engineers and Design Engineers to get a better understanding of the design of our products and the processes behind the manufacturing of them.
  • You will also spend time in other departments such as our Quality Department to get a wider understanding of the business.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship. (Please note the first year will be full time in College, based at the City Centre Campus in Bath).

Classroom and work-based teaching and assessment to monitor, knowledge, skills, and behaviours to ensure industry competencies.
