    £7,503.60

    Scope for pay increase after 3 months depending on performance related review. Substantial tips are shared between staff members. Free lunch when working full day shift. Travel expenses to and from work reimbursed

What will the apprentice be doing?

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The training for this Commis Chef Level 2 will take place with Cambridge Regional College on a day release basis at the college. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

After the apprenticeship we expect the candidate to be fully integrated into our team on a full time basis. The candidate will be trained to progress their career towards head chef position. There would be scope for the candidate to move to other venues under the Gin and Beer it Ltd umbrella if they wish.
