What will the apprentice be doing?

The team require a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for the following:

  • Printing, photocopying and scanning for relevant teams
  • Preparation of bundles using BundleDocs software (you’ll receive training on this software)
  • Scanning and distribution of the post
  • Telephone call handling, dealing with internal client queries and responding to calls professionally and efficiently
  • Audio transcription and copy typing correspondence and all other documentation as required (touch typing course put in place upon starting)
  • Assisting other teams throughout the office as required
  • Operating and complying with all the firm’s policies and procedures, including producing all documents in house style
  • Ensure service standards are adhered to in accordance with the Client Experience and Service Standards

About the employer

Our account management team is responsible for managing the firm’s financials. Each legal team has a dedicated account executive who oversees their WIP, debts, lock-up, client account balances and disbursements. They are responsible for running the billing process, agreeing fees with clients, dealing with all financial reporting, assisting clients and lawyers with financial queries and work with the legal teams to help them meet their budgets.
