What will the apprentice be doing?
- To answer telephone calls, transfer calls or take message
- Download data from portal and update stock spread sheets with this information.
- Print/process sales invoices, send electronically to customers
- File sales and purchase electronic invoices and other related data
- Any other general administration tasks which may be required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Business Administrator level 3
- End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Functional Skills in maths, English if required
- Regular training and development sessions to meet the needs of the employer and the apprentice
- On the job training with regular check in from apprenticeship provider
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available
