What will the apprentice be doing?

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • To be the first point of contact for our customers
  • Provide end to end waste brokering / collection service
  • Aftersales care 
  • To develop positive customer relations 
  • Processing daily orders from customers
  • Co-ordinate the collection of waste from customer locations
  • Gather supplier collection data
  • Process data through our systems  

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
  • Based within our Cannock office
  • Training will be conducted at the workplace or day release once a week

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We would like to offer the level 3 course following this in Business Administration or another Customer Service course
