What will the apprentice be doing?

·Provide reception service including answering all calls into the business, greeting visitors and providing refreshments

·Ensure that key processes are followed and that they are evolved to create efficiencies, ensure any changes to processes are documented as they are agreed

·To handle all incoming and outgoing post and take care of general office tidiness

·Handle general client servicing administration

·Carry out Health & Safety monthly checks and remedy any faults

·Ensure electronic files and paper files are kept in order

·Sending client communications e.g birthday/anniversary cards and newsletters

·Assist Senior Administrator in administration processes as required

·Preparing paperwork for client meetings alongside Senior Administrator

·Setting up clients on our Company App and responding to any queries

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

An advanced level of Business Administration training is provided via a training advisor.
