Full supervised training will be given on the printing equipment, and only once a high level of competence has been achieved will the Safety Operating Procedure be signed and the apprentice will be allowed to operate the equipment.

What will the apprentice be doing?
An understanding of how to set up the printing machine, mounting the engraved roller, roller pressure set-up and wiper blade configuration and to understand how to clean down the printing machine.
Maintain and develop good working relationships with colleagues.
To communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Assist in maintaining of a clean and tidy working environment.
Assist in maintaining a healthy, safe and secure working environment and act in accordance with the company policies and procedure.
Undertake any other work required by management which is commensurate with the responsibility of the post.

- Lean Manufacturing L2
- Monthly / 6 Weekly Training from your allocated work based trainer.
- Functional Skills in Maths and English (If required)
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
