What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable experience, from the first "hello" at reception to demonstrating your treatment skills.

With an appointment book consisting of hotel guests, spa day visitors and loyal regulars, you will learn to understand the client's needs, advise on what is best for them, and talk them through the range of treatments and benefits.

You will be providing treatments in the following:

  • Massage
  • Aromatherapy
  • Stone Therapy Massage
  • Body Wraps
  • Reflexology
  • Indian Head Massage and more!

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Partnered with the International Beauty and Hair Academy to deliver a 20 month programme, achieving a fully accredited Level 3 Apprenticeship in Holistic and Wellbeing Therapy. You will have the opportunity to learn alongside specialists, the chance to visit a variety of beautiful hotels while attending delivery in modules relating to the treatments you will be providing. This will require you to stay away from home for 3 nights on a bi-monthly basis to attend sessions with the Tutor.

The QHotels Collection will support you through your learning journey, and have a permanent Spa Therapist role ready for you once you're qualified! Also providing specialist training in Elemis, and offering clear progression routes for spa roles, you can take your learning into your own hands.
