What will the apprentice be doing?

Providing office support including customer and employee support
Keeping computer databases up to date
Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
Sending emails
Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
Collecting and sorting post
Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will gain a Busniess Administratino Level 3 qualification upon completion and succesful EPA of the apprenticeship.
Our Apprenticeships provide highly effective teaching and learning tailored to meet individual business needs.
Our fully qualified educators will deliver high-quality face-to-face training.

Day release at provider location in Birmingham city centre.
