What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To provide L&D administration to support the L&D Team and our internal and external customers
  • Complete a wide range of L&D administration activities, such as maintaining accurate training records, scheduling training courses and securing resources, sending out invitations, producing packs and training materials for workshops
  • Support and contribute towards the efficient running of the L&D team and making recommendations for improvements to ways of working.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard Functional skills in maths and English if required Internal relevant training courses as required for the job Complimentary training as part of overall development

This is a varied and interesting role. As the successful candidate will be joining L & D which is part of the overall people team it is essential that confidentiality is always maintained. Some home working once initial training has been completed.
