What will the apprentice be doing?The prime function will be a key point of contact for the Housing and Neighbourhoods team, providing support with a wide range of general administration duties, such as record keeping, dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls/ post, and working with electronic files. Duties to include: Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail Providing a generic administration and support service to the teams Dealing with customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service Functional Skills if required.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?It is expected that upon completion of the Intermediate Apprenticeship there may be an opportunity to progress further within the organisation onto a suitable pathway
