Working for a busy events company that supplies DJs & Musicians for Weddings & Corporate Events as well as equipment hire. Also dealing with enquiries by email & telephone, quoting customers via CRM software, using MS Outlook / Word / Excel, booking staff in for jobs, face to face consultations with customers, liaising with existing clients.

What will the apprentice be doing?
· Answer phone calls
· Respond to email and website enquiries
· Generate and send quotes to clients
· Liaise with DJs, musicians and other suppliers
· Source new suppliers
· Update supplier spreadsheets
· Assist event managers with daily tasks
· Printing and Scanning Documents
· Respond to Social Media & WhatsApp enquiries
· Invoicing customers and suppliers
· Keep diaries and calendars up to date
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprentices will attend York College on a day release for the duration of the apprenticeship. In College, apprentices will work towards developing their knowledge, skills and behaviours, and at work will consolidate their on-programme learning with the support of their employer. An assessor will visit every 8-10 weeks to discuss and monitor progress on the apprenticeship in conjunction with the employer.
Upon Passing EPA the Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3 will be achieved.
