What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Manage applications for the provision of new supplies, upgrades, and service alterations.
  • Communicate any issues or delays and relay their impact to all key stakeholders
  • Manage client expectations around project delivery
    Assist in advising clients on the best possible course of action for their projects
  • Develop excellent relationships with new and existing clients and partners/suppliers
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers and agents to ensure clarity on deliverables, costs, and time scales
  • Look to grow and expand the current client portfolio

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will study a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.
