What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Meeting and greeting customers and reception duties,
  • Taking bookings online and over the phone,
  • HR tasks including new employee forms, record keeping, creating invoices and taking online payments, some payroll,

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship along with any functional skills, if required. You will complete some finance tasks such as accounts, payroll, taking payments, you will also learn about HR duties, customer service training, legislation and health and safety

Things to consider

You must be able to work shifts of 6 hours over a 5 day period including weekends on a rota. You will be office based some days as well as customer focused on the reception area
