What will the apprentice be doing?
The successful candidate would undertake a range of duties in the office. These would include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing and scanning client documentation and post
- Answering the phone and diverting calls to the correct departments
- Returning client records
- General Office Administration
- Liaising with clients face to face over the telephone and via email
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
GCSE - grades 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 or grades A*, A, B, C
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
