What will the apprentice be doing?

The successful candidate would undertake a range of duties in the office. These would include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and scanning client documentation and post
  • Answering the phone and diverting calls to the correct departments
  • Returning client records
  • General Office Administration
  • Liaising with clients face to face over the telephone and via email
