What will the apprentice be doing?

· Meet and greet clients and occasional drinks making

· Answering the telephone in a professional manner

· Opening, copying and distributing post

· Covering reception and overflow during breaks and colleagues annual leave

· Emailing clients

· Franking and sending post and parcels

· Typing and autotyping meeting minutes

· Making company appointments

· Sending letters to clients and government bodies – HMRC, VAT

· Maintaining company records for company house and statutory books

· Archiving files

· Ordering stationary

· Sending mailshots to clients

· Scanning and company clients information
