What will the apprentice be doing?
Working as part of a small team for a busy stainless steel processing company the candidate will take on the following duties:
- Taking enquiries and pricing customer over the telephone and by email
- Use of computer packages including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Order entry on to the company unique stock management system
- Liaising with transport companies.
- Identifying new customers using internet search engines and other sources
- Follow up customer leads.
- Promote the business to potential customers by means of cold calling.

Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3
Delivered in your workplace, a college tutor will visit every month; review meetings with the tutor, apprentice and their manager will be scheduled every 8-12 weeks
