Join a great team at an established real estate agency, with this predominantly office based role. You'll handle enquiries by service users, register applicants, help them find the best possible properties, as well as sending out all resources to them and arranging viewings.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Answering enquiries by phone and email
- Registering applicants
- Matching applicants with properties based on their requirements
- Greeting clients entering the office and assisting
- Sending out property details to applicants
- Booking viewings
- Entering tenants’ details onto relevant internal systems
- Forming legal tenancy paperwork
- Ensuring client database and records are kept accurate and up to date
- Liaising directly with the Vendors, Landlords and Tenants
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The candidate will receive mentoring and training support to achieve the following;
A Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprentice qualification consisting of:
Formative assessment- A portfolio of evidence developed through a formative assessment process
Completion of agreed qualification/assessment of knowledge, skills and behaviours.
Completion of Level 2 English and Maths Functional Skills.
End Point Assessment (EPA) is through a work based project and a panel interview.
This role is almost entirely office based, with some digital seminars and meetings on a regular basis with your assigned lecturer. You will not need to attend a college.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Permanent role available if the candidate is suitable.
