What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Schedule and assist with carrying out audits in line with QMS, Environmental, ISO, BRC and FSC requirements.
  • Record and file outcomes and actions required. Relay findings to relevant members of staff, managers and directors.
  • Continually update supplier questionnaires, certificate, and service schedules. Record accurately renewal dates and appointment dates in the relevant diaries.
  • Assist with training all staff on new and updated Craig and Parsons policies and ensure training is maintained and policies updated as required.
  • Answer the telephones and deal with customer and supplier queries, always ensuring overall customer satisfaction and quality of service.
  • Proof reading documents.
  • Maintain all internal admin records in line with accreditations and ensure relevant paperwork is accurate and up to date.
  • Complete and investigate customer complaints and returns, completing NCR reports and investigating route cause and reporting completion.
  • Uphold quality and health and safety systems.
