What will the apprentice be doing?

The apprentice will play a key role in ensuring the business meet its key goals and targets.


Duties to include;

·         Greeting patients

·         Answering phones to patients and dealing with queries

·         Booking appointments for patients

·         Dealing with payments and cashing up

·         Responding to emails and sending referrals

·         Staff related admin tasks as set out by practice manager
