What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Meeting and greeting customers coming into the shop
  • Answering phone queries
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Monitoring and administering our Social Media accounts and website
  • Selling products to customers
  • Learning the wide range of technology we offer to customers
  • Other administrative tasks such as filing and documenting paperwork.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

This Apprenticeship trains you to provide excellent business administration services and can be applied to literally hundreds of job roles.

You will have an assigned tutor who will arrange face to face as well as remote visits and will be available for support at all times.

The Apprenticeship duration will be 15 months of training and a further 3 months of preparation for your final End-Point Assessments

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Upon successful achievement of the apprenticeship, we will sit down to discuss a potential permanent position. 

Two of our current advisors started with us as apprentices, so we are passionate about developing you alongside our business growth.
