What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Working as part of the Operations team primarily supporting the COO and Operations Manager.
  • General administration to support the team in maintaining and updating project information.
  • Using an online platform to set up and provide oversight of projects during their lifecycle.
  • Managing, responding, and escalating customer tickets in a timely manner.
  • Business related duties such as arranging meetings, taking notes and actions, updating documentation.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

As part of this apprentice training you will be required to attend college, In-Comm Training Services Ltd, Telford, TF3 3AJ, for block training. Please ensure you can travel there.
