What will the apprentice be doing?
What will I be doing?
- Customer Service: Our customers first point of contact dealing with basic queries and also distributing calls to the correct teams
- Remote Monitoring Support: This team remotely monitor software for customers based around UK & Europe
- Strategic Accounts: Responsible for supporting our larger customers, ensuring we are consistently achieving a high level of service this will also involve booking engineer visits
- Remote Helpdesk: This team consists of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, providing specialist technical vetting and resolution to our customers
- Resource Planning: This team looks after different areas of the UK managing a team of Field Service Engineers planning their daily workload
