What will the apprentice be doing?
We create and produce bespoke packaging items using a wide range of substrates and finishing processes. With no product being the same or following the same journey from job development through to production, our days varied and always different.
Our sales and admin team are at the forefront of our business looking after our client's needs and are a vital link into our production staff and processes. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual who is looking to develop a career in a creative and design led environment.
Main duties will include:
- Use of our management information system (MIS)
- Processing orders
- Purchasing materials
- Building and maintaining customer relations
- Dealing with queries
- Make and receive telephone calls to and from suppliers and customers
- Arranging deliveries
- Use of PC Based systems such as Outlook, Word and Excel
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the qualification obtained will be a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard.
The Apprentice will be given sufficient time to undertake their 'Off the Job' requirement of the Apprenticeship.
The Apprentice will be allocated a dedicated BPIF Training Co-Ordinator. Training will be delivered through a combination of remote and face to face learning.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this role will be a full-time position with opportunities to further your career in our sales department.
