What will the apprentice be doing?

  • You will be working within a small team completing basic admin duties.
  • Working with our claims team you will be assisting with claim updates and obtaining hire rate evidence using online searches to support our hire payment packs.  
  • This role is varied, and it will be expected that you have a high attention to detail and have an excellent and confident telephone manner.
  • You will be using a bespoke database system so sound computer knowledge is essential. It is also important that you can show a willingness to learn, be reliable, punctual and organised and that you will be able to cope with a fast paced working environment.

  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English if required 
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in maths if required
