What will the apprentice be doing?
Tasks will include:
Greeting patients to the practice
Scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments
Assisting patients to complete forms
Updating patients records
Taking payments and documenting payments
Patient recalls and reminders
General office duties such as phone calls, scanning, filing, emails
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard.
You will need to attend 4 workshops remotely via Zoom
You will complete Functional Skills in Maths and English if required.
To include 20% off the job training.
In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon completion of the apprenticeship continued training and development for the right candidate.
