What will the apprentice be doing?

The Role:

We are looking for a hard-working and self-motivated individual to join our warehouse team at our Keighley warehouse. We are particularly interested in persons who can demonstrate an interest in our industry and AV equipment.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Testing and preparing a range of technical equipment - AV, lighting, video, stage and set
Delivering and collecting equipment
Assisting with preparing equipment for hire
Rigging/de-rigging equipment on site as needed
Client facing delivery of small local hires
Maintaining consumables stock
Loading and unloading vehicles
General maintenance of a wide range of technical equipment
Assist with the yearly company stock take as necessary
Day to day warehouse maintenance
Health and Safety
Ensure equipment is safe and secure at all times

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Hiretrack is an advantage

Things to consider

This is a permanent full-time post commencing as soon as possible There is a probation period of six months This is a full-time post with occasional evening and weekend working, for which overtime will be paid Basic hours of work are normally 08:00-17:00 with a half an hour lunch break Salary for this post is dependent on experience and on completion of probation The holiday leave year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Holiday entitlement for full-time employees is 20 days per annum, including three days between Christmas and New Year, plus bank holidays
