What will the apprentice be doing?
During the programme the apprentice, supported by a mentor and the team will learn to competently carry out the following duties:
Entering job sheets, time sheets and delivery notes onto the computer.
Typing quotes, letters, emails etc.
Assisting office colleagues with filing and admin.
Raising weekly job list for progress meetings.
Raising workshop T-cards Photographing gearboxes & allocating photographs to correct job sheet on our computer system.
Ordering parts for sales team.
Progressing quotations with both customers & suppliers.
Photocopying Stock control.
Using credit card machine.
Maintaining Health & Safety at all times.
In addition, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time as required by the needs of the business.
