What will the apprentice be doing?

Entering data for multiple clients, such as invoices and bank transactions into accounting systems such as Quickbooks, Xero, and Sage.

Processing payroll for multiple clients via Payroll systems.

Reconciling bank accounts for multiple clients via accounting systems.

Learning how documents of original entry feed the accounts, and how they translate into Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

AAT NVQ 2 to be studied initially, going onto higher levels over time.

Full internal training across multiple accounting systems and dealing with a mix of clients.

All is flexible to be negotiated with the individual.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Pay increases and promotions will be made constantly, in-line with studies.
