What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be responding to customer queries, mainly via email and chat, and assisting to resolve any issues.

Your duties will include the following:

  • -Dealing with UK and International customer queries via phone, email (Zendesk), social media (Twitter), live chat
  • Logging any discrepancies and findings on excel.
  • Customer service administration.
  • General ad-hoc administration duties.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Customer Service qualification including Functional Skills in Maths and English if required.
