What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Providing administrative support to the director
  • Calendar management
  • Registering applicants
  • Collecting documents for referencing and being the first port of call for any potential applicants
  • Preparing and timely issuing of documentation
  • Recording maintenance issues, instructing contractors for repairs
  • Recording invoices
  • Dealing with incoming calls & escalating queries
  • Maintaining property database
  • Maintaining filing records
  • Liaising with the utility companies, Council, inventory companies, etc.

Working towards completing Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard. Work based learning with monthly workshops at Hertford regional College
