What will the apprentice be doing?

Your daily tasks will be varied - flexibility and time management will be a valuable asset.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Answering incoming calls and dealing with emails
Learning about our products to be able to answer customer queries
Processing orders received from customers through various channels
Maintaining and updating customer information accurately on the company systems
Working as part of a team, co-ordinating with colleagues to meet deadlines
Managing candidate compliance
Completing candidate assignment questionnaires
Resolving pay queries
Registering candidates with 3rd party payroll providers
Sending weekly assignment confirmation
Sending CCS qualifications to Clients
Chasing PO’s
Chasing timesheets
Ordering PPE
Managing expenses
Anything else deemed appropriate by management
